Before inviting tenants to get the RentYourNest, the tenant's web facing application, you can send them an SMS or e-mail to give them more information.

I'm writing to let you know that at DATE we have decided to adopt a new system for managing your rental, which will make you an active part of the rental process and provide you with up-to-date information. The Web App is called RentYourNest.

Over the next few days we will send you an email invitation from which you will be able to access many features, including:

- see payments, and pay directly the Web App

- have access to all your lease documents (contracts, etc...)

- chat with us

- send maintenance requests

From DATE onwards, all communication will have to go through the RentYourNest Chat function. Same goes for maintenance and documents.
