It is possible to know if a tenant has got the Web App in the Tenant Profile section, clicking on the tab 'Tenant App Places'.
The system will indicate with 'App Downloaded' in green color for each tenant who has downloaded the App. If the tenant has not yet downloaded or logged in, the 'Send Invitation' button will be highlighted on the right.
The 'Send Invitation' button allows you to send a personalized invitation, and at no additional cost, to each tenant to download the App.
IMPORTANT: the tenant must click on the link you provided to allow Estelle to associate his/her personal data. If the tenant downloads the App without clicking on the link, they cannot be associated with you. |
