We do our best to support you with RoomMate Places, however sometimes we are unable to help you.
Please see below the cases in which we cannot help you and for you to solve your issue you need to contact your landlord via the chat of RoomMate Places:
you need to make a payment to the landlord not via RoomMate Places
any question related to maintenance tickets, and their management
the landlord does not answer on the Chat of RoomMate Places
any questions related to the rent amount and/or deposit
any questions related to the check-in or check-out
We CANNOT help you for any of these issues.
To solve any of these issues, please contact your landlord from the Chat of RoomMate Places
