This section is specific for tenants using the Web App RentYourNest.
PAYMENTS
First payment if you come from a listing portal
Usually, if you come from a listing portal, you may have had to pay the first month's rent to the portal itself (or to your landlord).
As these systems cannot be automated yet, if you see on RentYourNest that the first rent payment has not been marked as paid, please inform your landlord about this via the chat of the RentYourNest .
You paid NOT via RentYourNest but the payment is overdue
As there is no means for us at RentYourNest to know whether you made a payment or not in case it is done not via the Payments section of the Web App, your landlord needs to manually reconcile such payments on their dashboard.
For this reason, if you paid with whichever method which is not via RentYourNest, and if you still see the payment as overdue, kindly inform your landlord about this fact from the chat section of the Web App.
NOTIFICATIONS
You do not receive notifications or when you click on the email you got you do not find them
This may be an issue of your browsers, which may automatically block notifications from being shown. Please check from the settings on your browser if this is the case. If not, kindly contact us.
