This section is specific for tenants using the Web App RentYourNest.

I have an error when paying with credit card

When you have an error by paying with a credit card usually it is not our fault nor the landlord's fault. Rather, it is due to the strictness of the security policies of your credit card provider (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, etc..) and/or of your bank which is emitting the credit card.

When you have an error, and if you want more information, please check in the details of the payment the reason of the error. Usually you find here a code with a failure reason. If you want to have more information on the failure reason, you can input the code on this website from our payment provider: https://mangopay.com/docs/errors/error-codes.

Most frequently, when you have errors concerning a credit card payment, you need to contact your bank or credit card provider and try to unlock the situation.


I have an error when paying with my bank

When you have an error by paying with your bank, it is most probably related to the fact that you do not have either a SEPA bank account and/or the account in not in Euro (EUR). Another reason may be that your bank account does not support the SEPA Direct Debit method, which is the method via which our payment provider handles bankwire payment transfers.

No worries, the system cannot automatically debit money from your account. You will always need to press the button 'Pay' on RentYourNest.
