There is an error in the data reflected by an invoice. How should I proceed?

It is normal to make mistakes – it happens to the best of us.

If there is any information that looks wrong on an invoice you generated, follow these steps:

  • Check the information source in RoomMate Estelle. For example, if a property name is reflected incorrectly, or tenants name, check before in the system that it is entered correctly.

  • Likewise, then follow on checking the amounts reflected on the payments section.

  • Check on the payment and check if all the amounts are actually entered correctly on Estelle.

If all of the data has been verified and the invoice data is not displaying correctly then please go ahead and inform us via the internal chat.

For us to be of maximum help, your message should include as much of this information as possible: description of the issue, which is the payment they are generating the invoice for, and what kind of invoice they are generating.

Following this our tech team will intervene in the case and we will keep you updated until your issue is fixed in the system.
