How can I generate a PDF from a lease agreement?

Without a doubt, the answer is a resounding YES.

Premises:

It is important to note that lease agreements can vary between different property managers and countries, so we do not provide a standard template. However, we can still assist you by mapping the fields in the template you provide and automatically generating a lease agreement based on that. Simply send us your preferred template and we will take care of the rest.

  1. You provide us with your lease agreement template.

  2. We map the fields in your template to our database of legal terms.

  3. We generate the lease agreement automatically.

How does it work:

RoomMate Estelle will send you an email at the email you set in the settings under 'Tenant communications'. You find it in your profile data.

Once you receive the email, you check it and you want to generate a PDF, follow this simple guide:

  1. Open the email in the browser -> to do this you have yo click on the little printer icon or simply right click and select 'open email in browser.

    1. be aware: different email clients may have different ways to do this

  2. Select the text you want to generate -> pro tip: position yourself on the title of the lease agreement in the email body and then press Ctrl (or Cmd) + Shift + Arrow down
    ​

  3. Once the text is selected, press Ctrl (or Cmd) + P
    ​

  4. A window will open, be sure to print just the selection of the text (this may be on the 'advanced' tab of the opened window) and save the PDF!
