To delete a room, there are a few straightforward steps:
Go to the Property section under Portfolio
Select on the room or unit you want to delete
Click on delete found at the bottom

Deleting a room will cause you to lose all data associated with the room such as contracts and documents.
The system protects the financial data associated with these units, which is why you might not see the delete button. To proceed, you must first delete all past contracts; only then will you be able to delete the units.
To avoid losing such data, you have a few options:
download all the documents and data before deleting the room
create a booking and a mock tenant on that room so that you keep it there but the availability is blocked
