We are excited to introduce our latest enhancement in Your Units: Shared Units! This new feature provides you with the flexibility to rent out the same dwelling to multiple tenants. Allow us to guide you through the detailed steps on how it works:

When creating or updating units on your property, you will now see a new option called 'Type of unit: Shared'. By selecting this option, you gain access to a dropdown menu where you can specify the number of beds included in the shared unit.

Choose the desired number of beds to be shared in the unit and proceed to the Costs section.

In the Costs section, you will find the corresponding number of units based on the selection made in the previous step. For each unit, you can input the individual rent, deposit, and associated costs.

To streamline the process, you have the option to replicate the information set for one unit to all shared units, saving you time and effort.

Lastly, you have the freedom to assign a lease and specify unique details to each shared bed, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored rental experience.
