As part of the e-signature procedure, you and the tenant declare of having read the entire contract.

When a tenant declares that they have read the entire document this serves as proof of signature on all pages.

For countries like Spain or Italy, that usually have to sign on every page, the fact that the tenant accepts these terms before signing provides the same validity, and is binding as well.

It is not possible to sign more than once the same contract digitally, but this procedure fulfils the same function.
