Notification Settings
We know how important it is to keep up-to-date with all the communication your tenants receive. That is why notifications are activated by default in the tenant's account.
Notifications for all incoming messages, including tenant contact requests and reminders, will be automatically sent to tenants.
However, if they happen to not get them, it could be something as simple as having them turned off on their device. Unfortunately, we have no direct control on this, however there are some possible solutions.
This applies to both the individual chat messages and the communications section of your account.
