Follow this simple procedure to invite your tenants to RoomMate Places!

Before inviting a tenant, be sure that the email of the tenant is correct. Otherwise you will send an email to someone else! You can check this from the Edit Tenant (click on Edit at the bottom of the left menu on the tenant profile).
Once the preliminary step is complete, inviting a tenant is simple:
in the Tenant profile, go on the tab 'Tenant App Places'. It is just below the blue menu at the top when you are in the 'Profile' section of the tenant;
here the system tells you both whether the tenant has got the Web App and if they have set up the e-payments;
click on 'Send Invitation' from the box on top left on this section. The system will ask you to check the email and the phone number of the tenant
if they are not correct, to change them you need to go on the Edit Tenant section
if they are correct, just click on Send Invitation!
Bonus: invite all
You can also invite all the tenants at once! To do it, go on the Tenants section from the menu at the top, then:
select from the filters, the subset of tenants you want to invite. If you want to invite all of them skip this passage
click on all the tenants you want to invite from the checkbox on the left of each tenant name
a menu from the bottom will appear, here, after having selected all of the ones you want to invite, send the invitation!
here the system won't ask you to check the data first, so be sure to have them right before-hand!
