What is a transaction?

A transaction is referred to as the Rent Transaction. This is solely related to the rent, also defined as a lease fee or rental fee. The cost of the platform is calculated on this amount, in the case it is received. In the case of all-inclusive rentals, or the ones which require a forfeit payment for bills and utilities, the transaction considers solely the rent or lease fee.
