How is the Chat working?

The chat is available either in the Tenants and Communications chat, as well as in the Chat section.

You can send messages either to a single tenant or to the whole property, comprehensive of all the tenants having an active lease agreement.

In the Chat, you have two additional features:

  • you can send Broadcast Messages, to send messages in bulk

  • you can choose if the chats are outgoing only, meaning only you can write and the tenants cannot
