CSV error proofing

Be sure you have filled in data correctly by checking these simple boxes.

If you do not have an email for any tenants, add a temporary, fictitious email in the format [email protected] (e.g. [email protected])

Have the telephone numbers been entered correctly?

Check the presence of the element ‘ before the prefix “+XX”.

Is the property an apartment?

  • If so, write 'yes'

  • If not, leave this field blank

Have you added single and double rooms correctly?

  • add the TOTAL number of single and double rooms in case of a flashare/roomshare

Now save the CSV and upload it in the same window you downloaded the template.

There is no need to rename the CSV, just save it and upload it!
