Follow this simple procedure to import your properties and units |
Open the import function
Go on the Properties section and click on the IMPORT PROPERTIES DATA button.

Download the CSV
A popup window will open from the right, download the CSV template from the hyperlink
π Be sure to open it with Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc or similar |
Fill in the CSV

Fill in the CSV in each column, here is how to fill each column.

βMANDATORY FIELDS
Name: add the properties' names
Address: add the addresses.
City: add cities
ZIP: add the ZIP codes
Country: add the countries
Is whole apartment: specify if the property you are adding is managed as an apartment. If it is not, leave this field blank
N. single rooms: if it is NOT an apartment but a flat/roomshare, specify how many single rooms are there.
N. double rooms: if it is NOT an apartment but a flat/roomshare, specify how many double rooms are there.

Save the CSV and upload it

Now save the CSV and upload it in the same window you downloaded the template.
There is no need to rename the CSV, just save it and upload it! |
Did you get errors?
Estelle tells you if there are errors in the CSV. You find there's an error if you see the β icon.
