The Owner Profile allows you, per each owner, to have a breakdown of the apartment(s) you manage for them.
Thanks to this section you will be able to understand:
the management performance
the payout, intended as the net amount of money you have to pay back to the owner every month
if you operate classic property management, rent payments and receipts can be appointed on the owner as well. Just select the properties owner by each owner from the Edit Owner button on the owner profile.
You will also have a dedicated documents section for you to store all the information in an organized place.
