You can send your owners a detailed report on the performance of your rental management.
From the Owners section, select the owner. Then click on 'Generate Report' on top right of the screen!
Select the timeframe and the properties for you to generate a real-time report on your management.
The timeframe works backwards. Select the last month you want the report to cover and input a timeframe to tell the system for how many months it shall consider the data.
For example, if you choose October and the '6 months', the system will generate a report from 1st March to 31st of October.
This additional service is loved by our apartment owners, because you are 100% transparent, with no effort. You can use reports for internal analysis on your properties performance as well.
