Each tenant’s Web App has a specific section called Maintenance Requests. From there the tenant can see the current maintenance events of the apartment, as well as requesting maintenance.
To request maintenance, the tenant has to add at least a picture or document to it. In this way, you avoid managing maintenance requests that are a result of the tenant’s negligence.
PRO TIP: add a document in the documents section of your properties with the useful contacts of your trusted maintenance professionals. In this way, your tenants will get in touch with them.
