Overview of Estelle Document Storage and Sharing

Estelle makes it easy to store and share documents with your tenants or any apartment. Uploading documents to the Tenants or Properties documents section will enable their storage across Estelle, and ensure they are available when they are needed.

To upload documents, open Estelle and navigate to the Tenants or Properties documents section. There you will be able to upload documents for specific tenants or for all occupants at the rental property.

When you upload a document in the Tenants section, only that tenant will be able to view it in their Estelle app. On the other hand, if you upload the same document to the Properties section, all the tenants with an active lease agreement will be able to access it.

Documents can be instantly shared with tenants or apartments after they are uploaded. When a document has been shared, it will be sent to the recipients automatically.

Tenants and Property owners should be able to see the documents they were given access to in the Estelle. For example, if a document was shared with a tenant from the Tenants section, they should be able to see it in the Tenants section of the app. If a document was shared with a Property from the Properties section, any tenant with an active lease agreement should be able to view it in the Properties section of the app.

Now you should be able to easily upload and share documents with your tenants or anytime apartments using Estelle.
