You find rent value in the edit of a property, in the 'costs' section.
Rent value is the value you can assign to each unit stating at how much you would like to rent that unit per month.
If you do an all-inclusive pricing, be sure to include the amount including the fixed fees.
Rent value is also useful to find the best deal for applying tenants when using the availability check feature.
If you get a tenant asking you for a room with maximum €800 of budget, by adding this value in the filters of the Availability section, Estelle will show you just the available rooms with that or lower value
