When 'Public' checkbox is marked, that document is available in the Tenants' Web Application called RentYourNest.

If you mark Public in the property documents, all the tenants with an active lease agreement will see that document.

To share a document with an individual tenant, mark it a Public in the tenant section.

If you propose an all-inclusive rent, be sure to include fixed expenses in the rental value.
