You and your tenants can e-sign whichever documents you would like to.
Either at the end of the Add Lease process or in the Leases section of the Tenant Profile, you can upload the PDF documents you want to sign.
E-signature process is simple:
you and the tenant will get the documents via email
after having read it, you can e-sign each
to validate the e-signature, you and the tenant will receive an OTP code via email to be added to the e-signature process
The e-signature has the same value of the handwritten signature.
