Archiving Tenants

When you archive a tenant, you will no longer see them in the Tenants section of your account settings. Additionally, you will no longer be able to assign expenses to them, or send them messages.

You won't lose their data! All information about archived tenants can always be recovered from the Tenants Archive section. To find tenants in the Tenants Archive, simply navigate to Actions, and select the Tenants Archive. All archived tenants will be listed here.

You can un-archive tenants from the Tenants Archive section by scrolling down to the tenant of choice and selecting the 'Recover Tenant' button. The tenant will then be moved out of the Tenants Archive section and back into the Tenants section of your account settings.

Archiving tenants is a useful tool for managing tenant data within your account settings. All of their data can be recovered at any time by using the Tenants Archive section.

Be sure to archive tenants when their position is closed, or when you are sure payments are settled and your relationship has come to an end.
