Follow this is simple procedure to understand how to add a maintenance
Tenants can add a maintenance request from their App as well, you can look into them by filtering for 'Added by tenants'
Enter the main information
Enter the main information, such as:
the property in which the maintenance is being carried on
the maintenance title, category and description
upload a photo (optional)
Define the priority
Now define the priority of the maintenance, this will help you in streamlining your activities
By default the priority is set to 'Normal'
Add the documents
Add the documents related to the maintenance, such as:
invoices
quotations
reports
Click Save to add the maintenace
