Having your tenants pay you via the RoomMate Places allows you not to check the bank account to manually verify each payment row.
How does it work
Per each tenant, or in general, you will be able to choose between two forms of payment thanks to which they will pay you:
bank wire transfer. This method has no additional costs and automates the reconciliation, the payment can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive in your bank account
Unfortunately we cannot act on the total amount of business days it takes for the payment to arrive. This is something standard of the bank wire payment circuit.
credit card payment. This method has a platform fee, which you can choose to absorb or to have the tenants to pay on top of the amount. In this case the payment can take up to 1-2 business days to arrive in your bank account
BONUS: instant payments. Thanks to a combination of features, you can receive payments directly in your bank account in less than 6 seconds!
